If you plan on taking your phone to Russia or Ukraine, think twice before doing it:

  • Roaming in Russia and Ukraine is EXTREMELY expensive!

You may save hundreds of dollars by renting a phone locally rather than calling from your hotel or your own phone if you had planned to bring it over with you.

If you reserve and pay for your telephone package before arrival, you'll be able to get your phone upon arrival either at one of our local offices, or delivered to your apartment if you book apartment accommodations through our company.

Other than the rental charge, you'll only pay for your actual time and charges. Go To Russia Travel does not mark up phone charges, and you will only pay for actual mobile service provider’s charges. We also make every attempt to only offer you the best and most economical phone plans.

We will also assist you in purchasing phone cards with the best international plans to call home as using mobile phones for international calling is ridiculously expensive. You would be able to make calls from your rental phone, just using an access number.

Kiev $10 - 0.20-0.40 per minute for outgoing local calls. Incoming calls - free from local users.
- We will assist in purchasing phone card for inexpensive calling abroad		 $100-200 equipment and usage deposit paid locally.  
Odessa $10 - $0.22-0.27 for incoming and outgoing local calls in Kiev- $0.39 for incoming and outgoing local calls within Ukraine 
- We will assist in purchasing phone card for inexpensive calling abroad		 $100 equipment and usage deposit paid locally. Actual phone charges are taken out of your deposit at the end of rental period.
