Russian business visa support can be valid for up to 12 months. You can order this visa support type when your intended trip will last longer than 30 days even if you travel for pleasure or private matters.
Requirements for foreign citizens to obtain business visa support to Russia
1. A copy of your valid passport (only a page with your signature and personal information).
All Russian business invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), namely, Department of Passports and Visas (Russian acronym PVU).
We will start processing your Russian visa support on the same day if we receive documents before 6.00 p.m. EST, or they will go in processing the next business day.
To obtain your Russian visa, please submit required paperwork to Russian consulate or embassy of your choice by the end of the processing period you requested.
You can apply for Business supports no earlier than 45 calendar days before your 1st stated date of entry to Russia. If you apply earlier, whatsoever, we will hold your application at our office until the earliest possible order day.
All passports must be valid for 6 (SIX) MONTHS beyond intended stay.
Russian visa support is sent via FedEx standard overnight service to the shipping address you provided for an extra charge. ONLY Multi-entry visa supports include domestic FedEx standard overnight shipping and original copy will be sent to you automatically as soon as we receive it from Moscow.
